e-Smart Seed Gardening with Google Play Store Android Apps

Android has a huge variety of apps for Smart Gardening on the Google Play Store. For my needs, currently, I was able to find some apps for free, one of which particularly suited my needs - charting seeds being planted in to cells of columns and rows - a 72-cell seed planting tray.
I tried out My Seed Trays first, which is a good program in and of itself, although it uses date-time differentiation of planting, rather than allow me to name the individual cells, which is what I was attempting to achieve.

Garden Organizer: Manager & Planner ended up being the one I used for this planting project.

Garden Organizer: Manager & Planner has a shape-and-grid-based planting and naming functionality about it, suitable, in my case, for plotting out the columns and rows of my planting tray, without having to write out with pen or marker - the names of the seeds, how many rows I was able to fill, etc.

Garden Organizer: Manager & Planner:

The app allows me to pick out the shape of the garden I'm planting; in this case, it's a rectangular set of columns and rows. After that, I can plot out individual cells that I've planted, name and color them, as well as record the date of the planting.

I can also add any notes or comments I have about the planting.

Garden Organizer suited my needs for this quick planting under the moon phase that I found my day lead me in to. Last night, when I arrived home late, the waxing gibbous moon was overhead, and as I stepped out, periodically, throughout the early morning, it passed over as the sun was rising in the early dawn.

My seed tray, seeds, and planting array from earlier this year had been unsuccessful. Here's my next try at planting an heirloom Nicotiana tabacum crop at my new home.
My seeds and order form from OrganicSeeds.top.

Planting Nicotiana in dirt is simple. Simply moisten the dirt beforehand, sprinkle the seeds on to the top of the soil, and dust a little bit of dirt on top, to make sure that the seeds are covered.

Now my seeds are in place, dampened soil as well, and topped off with the plastic hood, to retain warmth and moisture. All that's left is to wait for them to sprout! (hopefully).
